The volunteer board of directors of the HEB ISD Education Foundation is in strategic planning mode and would appreciate your input as we strive towards continuous improvement to achieve our mission.

 

Our strategic plan task force has developed a survey to be completed by current and past board members, current and past donors, HEB ISD staff, partner organizations such as the Council of PTAs and the Retired Employees, and other stakeholder groups. 

 

Your input is valuable to us and will provide direction as we improve upon the Foundation that began a quarter-century ago. 

 

The survey will take 20-30 minutes.  You can leave and return and data will be saved for all completed pages.  We value your time.  Your participation in the Education Foundation survey is important as we plan for the future.

1. The survey has a “Save for Later” button for you to complete at your own pace and in your own time.
